We provide various payout methods for the convenience of your receiver.

PAYOUT CURRENCY: VND, USD and AUD

Please note that the limit for receiving AUD is 4,000 AUD per transaction.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME: Once the transaction is processed.

PROCESS TO RECEIVE MONEY:

The beneficiary must present a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card or Passport). The name on the ID must match the beneficiary's name, and the person presenting the ID must be the same person on the ID in order to receive the money.

OUTSIDE HO CHI MINH CITY: 1-2 hours after the transaction is approved from Monday to Friday. Our bank partner will contact the receiver to collect their ID (CMND, Passport, or The Can Cuoc) and arrange a convenient pick-up location. To change the pick-up location, contact (028) 730 00199.

INSIDE HO CHI MINH CITY: Funds will be available for pick-up 1-2 hours after the transaction is approved. The pick-up location is: 567 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 1, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
