PROCESS TO RECEIVE MONEY: 

  • Once the transaction is processed, both sender and receiver will receive an sms with the pick-up code. 
  • Receiver must present a valid ID matching the name and the provided pickup code on the receipt. Receiver phone number may be called to direct to the nearest cash pickup points.
  • The pick-up code is valid for 30 days.
