DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The receiver’s wallet account will receive the funds within an hour once the transaction is processed. 

RECEIVER INFORMATION: 

The receiver must be an individual with following details: 

• Full Name (in Roman characters)
• Residential address
• Alipay account -  either the email address or mobile number registered with Alipay
  

IMPORTANT:  

• The receiver will receive a notification via the Alipay app or SMS when funds are received, please visit: Alipay Activation Guide for help on account set up. 
• Only Alipay Wallet accounts registered to Chinese residents are supported. Transfers to foreign-registered Alipay accounts are not available.
• Please ensure that all receiver details are accurate and complete.
• Incorrect information may result in processing delays or failed transactions.
